1. The consensus file can be uploaded using the control on the left. it must be
in the format of a tab separated values file, or TSV, representing the GO and
their evalue. Each sequence starts with a ">" sign (like FASTA files). You can also submit example data by checking the control.
2. Write your email if you want to be notified when the job has finished (it
will be very fast, however), otherwise remember to bookmark the page that will
show you the progress of your job.
3. Hits below the threshold will not be reported.
4. When you have filled in the form you can submit it by clicking on "Send
request" button.
