There are three possible starting forms:

1. Complete analysis starting from a FASTA file;
2. Batch analysis from a set of BLAST and HMMer hits in tabular form (see below);
3. Consensus analysis of a set of GO associated to each sequence;

You can find them in the menu on the left (the first one is named "Insert a sequence").
