Argot2 help
In this section of the site you can experiment how the service has been designed. In each page of the tutorial a blue box like that shown here on the right will reassure you about the directions you can follow.
There are three possible starting forms:
- Complete analysis starting from a FASTA file;
- Batch analysis from a set of BLAST and HMMer hits in tabular form (see below);
- Consensus analysis of a set of GO associated to each sequence;
You can find them in the menu on the left (the first one is named "Insert a sequence").
